I have served the Greenwich community with dedication and discretion for more than 25 years. Little did I realize, while at Wheaton College, that my Urban Studies major was the nascent interest of a lifelong fascination and involvement with real estate. The reasons why villages, towns and cities develop in certain areas instead of others, and why some succeed while others founder, as well as why certain architectural styles are more appealing and simply work better than others, has always captivated me. The factors of transportation routes, proximity to a major metropolis, terrain and topography all have a value and play a role in the success of a location. And as we all know: location, location, location. We are blessed with a town that has those factors, and which provides us with so much: excellent schools, numerous and highly attended libraries, a world-class Symphony, a wonderful Historical Society, the Audubon Society, a verdant and challenging public golf course, a breathtaking beach, as well as a thriving downtown and proximity to New York. Most of all, the people care about our town, and volunteer or participate in its running as much as their schedules allow. Personally, I'm married and have lived in Greenwich since 1986. My two sons, now grown, went through the public school system for elementary school (North Street district) and then Brunswick School for middle school and high school. I know the town well, and feel so fortunate to have lived and worked here.
