• Lead learning function for global real estate firm of 4500 employees, aligning learning with with strategic priorities, oversee geographically dispersed L&D team, manage vendors and contractors, manage LMS (Cornerstone), and administer budget. • Consult with regional and HR leadership to identify skill and knowledge gaps. Design, develop, and implement strategic solutions focusing on technical job skills, management skills, career development, and compliance. Formats include instructor-led (virtual & traditional), e-learning, and self-paced courses.• Defined and led pandemic response for learning & development. Quickly pivoted to virtual classrooms by training instructors to facilitate on Zoom and modifying course design resulting in a 90% increase in total course participants. Supported an 83% increase in number of E-learning courses completed in 2020.• Implemented new performance management program with internal stakeholders and external consultants that is aligned with business priorities. Gained efficiencies by moving from 15+ review forms to utilizing one standard approach. Achieving global adoption through training, communication, and implementation of Cornerstone’s Performance module.• Moved from US-centric programming to global focus by partnering with international HR leaders to offer courses and programs in their countries. • Designed, implemented, and facilitated the Foundations of Stewart Management training program to build management skills of front-line leaders. Close to 100 managers completed the 2-month program within the first 9 months of the program’s existence.• Coordinated the communication for company-wide performance management process. • Partnered with external consultants to oversee the completion of a high-potential leadership training program to develop future leaders for the firm.

• Facilitated classroom and virtual classroom training sessions for my own as well as for DDI clients as a contract consultant. Topics included communication, leadership, and management skills.• Developed custom management development programs ranging from one-hour webinars to multi-day programs.
