Let me introduce myself, I am Deborah Freeman. I am Company Director and Co-Founder at Enjoiy Living. I have a passion for teaching busy people how to be aware and take care of themselves. Helping them to make healthier choices and reduce the stress and anxiety in their lives. I believe that you need to work on both mind and body. I intitially trained and worked within the beauty industry for 7 years, after which, I turned my attention to the retail sector, successfully running a six figure family business for 19 years. I am also very interested in small business, an area I have worked in for over 30 years.I have gone on to develop digital photographic, web, graphic and logo design skills.I learned how to run small businesses and all the joys and pitfalls that are involved in running your own business.My absolute passion is for improving lifestyle. I realise how important it is to maintain good health and to try to help yourself in bringing about healthy and positive changes in your life. I believe that you are the master of your own destiny and that you can take positive steps to create the change that you want to see in your life. You just need to be helped and encouraged along the way to help you make and maintain those changes. Even a small amount of change brings huge benefits. This has been especially important for me, as I have had head and spinal injuries, epilepsy, diabetes, anxiety and phobias. So I realise how important health and wellbeing are and how easily life can change in an instant and how much it takes to transform and rebuild your life.I love motivating, encouraging and helping people to achieve their goals, dreams and ambitions because I believe that anything is possible and anything can be achieved. I always want to learn something new. I am a great believer in continued personal development.
