Finally, we push, push push for completed Design from the Utilities, with Contracts. That’s the 5 steps – Review, Apply, Tie In, Joint Trench, Handout/Contract. This can involve other services, such as Will Serve Letters, Utility Locating, Non Interference Letters, Address Application, and Contractor RFP, which we can perform if desired.
