Engage in continual education about our clients and prospects needs through strategy/account review sessions, news updates, and industry awareness. Participates in Portfolio review to ensure a strong understanding of the customer, their business and needs. Works to ensure that commitments made to top corporate customers are delivered upon, while proactively communicating any red flags or risks to senior management. Responsible for the administrative aspect of the Accounts with centralized renewals, ensuring a maximum retention of revenue and workstations and flags/addresses risks or loss. Maintains accuracy and timeliness of all information in company databases. Establish working relationships within the organization worldwide.
