My responsibilities include supporting multiple financial planners. Assisting with all aspects of the client experience. Prepping, proofing, and submitting all required paperwork. Focusing on complying with all industry standards and requirements. Keeping the integrity of all personal and confidential information. Compliant with keeping sensitive documents with consistent books and records. Process financial transactions daily on request. Plan events, scheduling, scheduling meetings and sending communication with company contacts and inside and outside the organization. Use multiple systems daily including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, Zoom. Additional company platforms & systems include Envestnet, Record Center, Pitney Bowes, Concur, and others.I served as a member of the Client Services Advisory Board for two years. As a member of the CSAB some of my duties consisted of leading meetings on assigned topics, aiding other CSAs in certain areas if needed and collaborating with other CSAs to develop best practices. Consulted with Charles Schwab representatives to brainstorm client onboarding in Salesforce to create efficient processes. Participate in projects troubleshoot a variety of issues. I am available and have trained new CA hires and retrained current CSAs in person and virtually.

During these years I spent my time taking care of my three young children. Throughout which i volunteered as a coach for multiple sports, served on school committees, organized school events and fundraisers, etc. I slowly reentered the work force in a whole different path which kept my schedule flexible for childcare and began substitute teaching in the Public and Parochial School Systems.
