Project Management Office The responsibilities of this role are split into two key delivery areas:Business Analyst / Product Owner– Strategic ProjectsProvide Product Owner guidance for ‘seed team’ established for triage and scope definition for new change programDefine and document minimum viable product (MVP) options with associated user journeysSupport project manager in all facets of project planning, budgeting and project administrationFacilitate workshops and working groups to extract business requirementsCreate and maintain user story backlogsTrack and report project status using Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence)Key achievements:Leading a Seed team comprising internal subject matter experts and vendor resources through the Discovery phase. This included the creation and prioritisation of the Product Backlog (in excess of 500 Epic level user stories) in readiness for Elaboration and Sprint planningAs domain expert facilitated offsite strategy workshops, delivering an enterprise transformation roadmap with core change components that was approved by Senior Leadership and fed into the company wide strategic roadmapScrum Master – Small change delivery teamProvide servant-leadership to a cross functional delivery team to delivery high quality improvements to core operational platforms using an agile delivery methodology on a monthly release cycleWork closely with the Product Owner to ensure focus on business value and regular prioritisation of the Backlog Sprint planning including capacity, budget and allocationsWork with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and describe requirementsEnsure transparency to all stakeholders via regular communication and reportingFacilitate Agile ceremoniesFocus on continuous improvement through robust Retrospectives and tracking of key indicatorsKey achievements:Restructure of Small Change team resources to provide multi-discipline team members, improving throughput by 15%
