Communicate tax consequences to appropriate personnel.Advise estimating personnel of the tax implications of work including tax bond requirements, special reporting requirements, and exemptions available to assist them in preparing competitive bids for construction projects. Analysis of complex tax issues related to construction and procurement contracts. Reviews tax clauses of contracts for Legal Department.Interfaces with clients, senior management, and taxing authorities to minimize taxes and assist in determining total tax cost of projects for client.Perform due diligence of non-income taxes for acquisitions and mergers. Determine potential successor liability, available exemptions, escrow requirements, and tax due on bulk sales.

Responsibilities included accounts payable, patient refunds, hospital billing, partnership distributions, all areas of payroll and payroll taxes, W-2’s, and 1099’s. Prepared monthly financial reports for each client including expenditure summaries, trial balances and financial statements. Maintained close contact with physicians regarding their account status.
