• Appointed to a newly created role overseeing 7 HR staff across the Centre of Excellence and HR Shared Service• Strategic lead to devise change strategy and communications plans, and embedding of new HR initiatives within the business• Create and input the 3-year HR strategy with budgetary overview• Project facilitation for simultaneous HR projects including Job Framework, HRIS, Case Management System, and Performance Management, as well as Well-being initiatives: Mental Health First Aiders, benefits, and roll out of Learning Management System

Seconded to the SAP implementation project to define changes across the business as a result of the introduction of SAP software, including communication, reviewing business impacts (organisation re-structure), overall training strategy and delivery, and initiatives to help with team and UK wide engagement with the programme.

Reviewed and updated policies/procedures in line with employment law changes to ensure continuing compliance of a rapidly evolving business. Completed HR projects including comparing policies for Company integration in June 2018 and GDPR.

Built a private practice working with a diverse range of clients to support their personal development through addressing challenging issues. Also supervised the work of trainee counsellors to ensure their safe practice during a demanding training process. Also worked with BrQthru Counselling as a play therapist from 2009 until 2011.
