I assist the Dr. in all surgeries. Setting up, assisting, bandading, teaching the patient about after surgery care.

What didnt I do at this postion should be the question...I did the restorative program and worked with Physical and Occupational therapy. Performed weekly weights on all patients that were in the nursing home, reported significant changes as needed. I worked hand and hand with the Activity Dept. I would also come in and stay with Vetrans when they were at the end of life since alot did not have families close. I did that on my own time.

I worked as the Restorative aide hand and hand with physical therapy and occupational therapy. I maintaned weights of the residents and reported signifcant gains or losses. Performed all kinds of activites with residents that helped with range of motion. Loved working with the veterans!
