Accounts payable

Front desk check in, helped set up applicants on computers so they could complete their application process. I assisted with the I9 documentation as well presentation of job discription in group setting. Other days I would help with completion of drug test in office with groups of 10+ applicants. I would also help with one on one interviews.

Patient Access Representative: Checking in patients, collecting demographics, identification, insurance information. Worked for Urgent Care as well as day clinic. For day clinic I worked in Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Urology as well as ENT. Pre Access Representative: Completing prior authorizations for patients to be seen in day clinic. I worked mostly with orthopedics clinic and gastroenterology.

Answering multiple phone lines, scheduling pick up and deliveries. Filling, scanning, faxing as well as keying orders. Assisting with training, helping management with new projects. Worked with Microsoft Word, Excell, and Outlook.
