Working with Auburn Doubledays (also Newark Pilots and Geneva Red Wings) of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL) to encourage and enhance the experience of hometown baseball for fans, players, coaches, sponsors, and municipal partners.

Overseeing everyday operations of the Museum of Wayne County History; Developing new exhibits and Public Programs; Managing the archiving, storage and retrevial of 1000s of local artifacts and documents; Fundraising and Grant Writing; and Liaison to County Government.

I run the daily operations for a growing membership of residential and lite commercial landlords around the Finger Lakes region.

Back Bohne was born with a focus on aligning clients with targeted business development and management solutions. The initial list of projects includes websites, advertising campaigns, event management, and public relations which have resulted in some national media attention. Since 2005, Back Bohne has added more business analysis options to the menu of support services such as marketing & sales programs, strategic planning, media management, event creation, contract reviews, project management, and government relations. Previous clients include two NY County Industrial Development Agencies, a private bulk transfer company, a private waste management company, an entertainment farm, tourist agencies, and various members of the shortline railroad industry. Rail Consulting work has focused on rail transportation initiatives including switching contract reviews, PILOT Agreement Compliance, rail infrastructure development, industrial property development, grant writing, marketing, public and government relations. Other work includes industrial marketing, web site content management, creative advertising and promotions, event coordination and news reporting.

As part of a growing team, I worked alongside the Economic Development and Planning Director and Staff who are enthusiastic and fully-engaged in helping Wayne County towns and businesses to develop, adapt and survive in the modern, global economy.

Managed and marketed passenger department and showed increase in department revenue, ridership and public awareness of the rail industry. Created new passenger services and worked with local interest groups to run trips from multiple locations and markets. Provided catered food and beverages onboard. Answered customer inquiries by phone and email. Acted as spokesperson for government affairs through visits to Albany and District Offices to advocate for legislation that will benefit the rail industry. Participated in writing successful grant applications. Worked with potential new rail customers. Participated in industry focus groups. Handled public affair issues. Wrote press releases. Managed two company websites and IT initiatives. Created passenger newsletter.

Maintained annual calendar of events and coordinated each event's special production. Developed and facilitated teambuilding programs for corporate and student groups. Increased corporate group attendance and sales at agri-tainment farm. Marketed banquet space for catered lunches, dinners, and special events for groups. Answered customer inquiries by phone and email. Co-authored New York State Pride grant that was awarded in 2004. Developed positive business image through print, radio, television, and web media placement. Acted as liaison to local chamber and tourism promotion agencies.
