Supervised 5 to 15 employees dependent on position. Ensured pricing accuracy and communicated pricing issues to corporate headquarters. Docked trailers and received merchandise. Managed inventory and maximized sales by ensuring flow of merchandise from the receiving and backroom areas to the sales floor. Implemented and maintained signing programs, promotions, and sweepstakes. Ordered fixtures, signage, and supplies while adhering to an established budget.
