Managed regulatory reporting to FHFA for lensing data to ensure compliancy with Federal Housing Rules and continuity with data. This included creating monthly and quarterly reports, creating SQL data extractions from CDW. Managed team responsibile for creating reports and presenting results to departmental VP's.Served as project manager for creating a new servicing system to retire old legacy systems. This included managing a team of 13 business anaylsts. Wrote business requirements and UAT test cases and execution of the testing. Les JAD sessions with business areas, IT and other stakeholders for requirement review and UAT testing.
