Represented the State of New York, its officers and agencies, including the Offices of the Comptroller, Children and Family Services, Temporary and Disability Assistance, the Departments of Health, Transportation, Labor and Correctional Services, in various state and federal matters, including Title VII and ADA employment discrimination cases and 42 U.S.C.S. §1983 proceedings; Drafted appellate briefs, summary judgment motions, motions to dismiss, motions in limine, answers to complaints and Article 78 petitions, and post-trial motions on several federal and state constitutional and statutory law issues; Managed extensive caseload and complex discovery production; Conducted and defended party, non-party and expert depositions. Accomplishments: Successfully prepared and tried three jury trials in federal court; Argued before the Appellate Division, First Department on three occasions.

Responsible for all phases of divorce, separation and family law proceedings from inception to disposition, including the drafting of pleadings, motions and stipulations of settlement; Litigated complex custody disputes; Conducted pre-trial conferences and hearings; Conducted and defended depositions; Prepared and responded to discovery requests.

Responsible for the prosecution of child neglect and abuse cases from inception to disposition, which included the drafting of petitions and motions, interviewing clients, preparing party, non-party and expert witnesses for trial and trying the cases in family court; Prepared and prosecuted Termination of Parental Rights proceedings.
