The Careline is the contact centre for all incoming enquiries from families looking for a care home for their loved ones along with enquiries from stakeholders looking for care placements. Matching the enquirer to the right home that can meet their needs is Careline's priority.

Supports Home Managers with all aspects of marketing in order to develop brand awareness. Helps Home Managers to identify and nurture relationships with key contacts in their communities. Creates management information to assist Home Managers in their roles.

Responsible for the launch of 3 funeral homes from initial design purchases through to grand opening. Successfully implementing marketing strategies to gain brand awareness within the communities. Managing contacts with third parties on behalf of the company to develop long term relationships. Developed all internal processes along with fully functional forms to cover all aspects of staff training.

Middlesbrough

Created a successful debt management company in 2009 with immense focus on transparency for the customer. Customer referrals were in excess of 15% which was a clear reflection of the great service we provided. Having managed the business into it's 5th year we sold it to one of the larger companies.

Managed the largest portfolio for Welcome Financial Services, 10 branches, 60+ staff and £55m receivables. In the top 3 Area Manager performers each year for the 10 years this position was held. Mentor to new Area Managers and created innovative management programme for those wanting to progress into management, as a result achieved low staff turnover and excellent succession planning. Highly motivated and target driven in this role and a very high performer.
