I have a particular interest in helping people 40 years and over to continue to do what they want and need to do. I have built and sold 2 physio practices in the New England Northwest NSW - Move Better for Life.I have cofounded a mobile and web app SimpliMove. This is a digital health platform with a primary focus on strength and fitness helping people 40+ years with medical exercise intervention that will optimize physical function, promote injury prevention and recovery, and chronic disease management. SimpliMove bridges the gap between fitness apps and medical platforms. We consider ourselves the in-between app where people can get trusted advice and appropriate programs following discharge from hospital, from their face-to-face physio, or in preparation for knee or hip surgery as examples.
