SRT, Inc. The Stress Response Team (SRT) is a recognized unit of the Oklahoma Medical Reserve Corp. (OKMRC), part of the National MRC program created to help during emergencies and disasters. The SRT is an independent unit providing mental health related response services in the event of state, local and national disasters or other catastrophic events. Responsibilities are two-fold:-Responsible for co-leading the mental health crisis response in Tulsa and managing a team of 20 volunteers. -Member of the Central Oklahoma Resilience Recovery Project Team (CORR Team); Responsible for outreach to the community, identifying and finalizing crisis preparedness training opportunities, teaching various disaster response courses including Psychological First Aid, and collaborating with colleagues to successfully deliver trainings,

The National Conference for Engaged Scholarship on Hidden Student Populations (NCHP) began in 2020 to put focus on better understanding the diverse lived experiences of college students who have had foster care or justice-involved experiences, who are survivors of sexual violence, who are recovering drug or alcohol addicts, who face housing insecurity or who are considered Third Culture Kids.As a research team I am coordinating a new team of researchers to plan, implement, conduct and present research on a "hidden student population" topic to be conducted for an 18 month period following the September 2022 conference and presented at the 2024 follow up conference.

As the President of the Board, my focus was to oversee the operations of the board, create a collaborative, inclusive, transparent organization that worked to enhance the professional growth and development of board members and to generate and help strategically develop ideas to enhance social workers in the State of Oklahoma. As President I modeled social work ethics and professional standards in Oklahoma and collaborated with others to advance social work policies and practices in the state.

Provided social work services to children attending a weekly summer camp. Managed staff issues and camper issues, recruited, interviewed, hired, addressed employee issues in conjunction with Camp Director. Provided training for and performance appraisals of staff.

Provided consulting services to small and medium sized organizations covering organizational, leadership and training issues. Designed and developed organizational and leadership surveys and assessment tools for team building and leadership development. Created organizational surveys to assess workplace issues. Consulted organizations on employee issues, coaching staff, employee change initiatives. Featured speaker at various meetings. Radio and tv interviews given to support various clients or organizational work.
