Test Manager – Consumer Finance Bank Conversions (10/02 – 11/04)Test managed five consecutive conversions, representing over $6 billion in an Advanced Loan System (ALS) environment. • Managed the QA and Testing of the converted accounts in coordination with a dedicated testing analyst and a cross-functional team of Citizens and Fidelity Information Services representatives.• Created and implemented test strategies and plans and developed a structured timetable to meet an aggressive schedule.• Developed and managed the execution of the field conversion validation documents to confirm the accuracy of data field mapping.• Managed and participated in the development and execution of over 5000 test scripts to verify the functionality of the converted files.• Developed and managed a Test Script matrix to track the creation and execution of all test scripts through the Development, Systems Integration, Application Testing and User Acceptance Testing Life Cycle Phases.• Worked closely with a team of analysts, programmers and the Integration manager from Fidelity Information Services to assure defects were identified, logged, prioritized, fixed and regression tested.• Developed and managed the department's Defect Tracker, and oversaw the integration of output to Project Office’s Test Director defect tracker.• Met five aggressive schedules managing the testing of the integration of over 17,000 Lines of Credit, approximately 10,000 Installment Loan accounts and more than 560,000 Auto Finance Loans.
