Serves as a Manager, with line authority for overseeing and directing terminal operations at a CORE 30 International Airport air traffic control tower located at the Orlando International Airport in Orlando FL.

Serves as a Manager, with line authority for overseeing and directing terminal operations at a Level 9 combined air traffic control tower and Terminal Radar Approach Control. Jacksonville ATCT/TRACON level 9 up/down combined tower TRACON located at the Jacksonville International Airport in Jacksonville FL providing air traffic radar services to commercial, (to include developing procedures for the newly licensed Cecil Spaceport), general aviation, and military customers flying within covering 6200 square miles of airspace with more than fifty-four (54) Letters of Agreement, thirty-seven (37) SIAPS, five (5) Federal Contract Towers (FCTs), two (2) Navy bases, three (3) adjacent approach controls, the Florida Air National Guard, and a large amount of special use airspace.

FAA Manager for Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) program/International Operations. CDM is a joint FAA/Industry initiative. Developed Traffic Management strategies and systems used at FAA facilities, Airline Operations Centers, International Air Traffic Service Providers and Business Aviation operations.

I was responsible for providing comprehensive staff support and technical advice relating to air traffic procedures, requirements, resource management/budgets, training and the education needed to provide and maintain a safe and efficient national airspace system. I managed plans, directed, evaluated, and coordinated the activity of branch employees associated with the development of facility and equipment budgets, facility sustainment projects, Occupational and Health programs, operational contingency planning, employee development and training, technical training, air traffic procedures, RNAV/RNP, Airspace design and optimization. I assisted in the architecting, leading, educating and facilitating organizational change in a dynamic changing environment

I led and was responsible for planning and directing all activities as they pertained to Traffic Management Operations, Airspace and Procedures, Military Operations, Flight Data and Customer Service in the Boston Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) I led and participated in the Joint FAA/Military Eastern Region Range Counsel and New England Range Counsel. I developed and lead a cross organizational team to New England Aviation Expo, joint flight safety program with Daniel Webster Collage and New England Flight Standards, Wings training program for General Aviation Pilots. Supported Airspace Redesign projects for NY/NJ redesign. I was responsible for the management and direction of the facility technical and administrative training programs. I led a complex and technical organization consisting of approximately 30 contractors, air traffic control specialists, analysts and administrative support personnel. I collaborated, communicated and worked with two (2) unions NATCA and NAGE and serve as the Contracting Officer for the Washington Consulting Group Instructional Services Contract and Contract Weather Observers. I had frequent contact with other senior management officials within and outside the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) I reviewed and evaluated program performance and daily support operations for the purpose of keeping the Manager informed of possible challenges or obstacles to efficient performance Specific accomplishments and results - first en route training program to receive a score of 100% on the April 1997 Full Facility Evaluation.

I served as the Air Traffic Manager for Air Traffic Division; a level III combined tower/TRACON and was responsible for the management and direction of the facility safety, operations, and administrative support programs. The services I provided were varied in scope and critical to the daily operation of the NAS. I led a complex and technical organization consisting of interdisciplinary team of approximately 60 people including managers, supervisors, staff and air traffic controllers. As Assistant Hub Manager, I facilitated and led the integration of air traffic services in my facility and within the TRACON airspace. I advocated the tactical use of concepts and technologies to advance the strategic goals of the Air Traffic Organization and the FAA. I collaborated with my union partners to implement strategic planning and directing of multiple activities and programs, communicating the organization's vision and objectives, setting and adjusting priorities, developing staff and organizational capabilities, and ensuring facility operations maximize safety, efficiency and service.
