Responsible for vehicle level validation of EE & EV Integration functional objectives.

Responsible for the design and development of liquid cartridge filters for use in heavy duty and automotive applications. Responsible for supporting current manufacturing, performing root cause analysis of failed filters from the field, maintaining FAA Certification of aviation filters and re-establishing UL Certification for fuel filters used in marine applications.

Responsible for the design and development of new silencers for use in the Power Generation, Oil, Gas, Marine and Railroad industries. Responsible for the redesign of existing products to reduce cost while maintaining and/or improving acoustic performance.

Led product development team as technical project leader. Managed customer engineering interface (prototypes, design, testing, and vehicle assembly). Integrated exhaust system into vehicle (durability, NVH, heat management, emissions control, safety, installation, shipping, crashworthiness, etc.)• Developed and launched the exhaust systems for the 2009 Chevy HHR Turbo & Cobalt Turbo• Met program financial needs with respect to product costs by managing product content• Defined design concepts and BOMs for targeted acquisitions • Supported manufacturing through development and implementation of product• 5S trainer
