Deborah is an HR professional with over twenty five years of experience in the field of learning and development. Over the last thirteen years she has specialized in leadership assessment and development and is consulting and coaching across a diverse range of industries, working with senior leaders and their teams from the UK, Europe, North and South America, the Far East and Asia.

Deborah is a consultant and certified professional coach working with the Centre for High Performance Development. She has been assessing and developing leadership talent over the last thirteen years through the use of diagnostic and other techniques such as, business simulations and workshops, workshadowing, behavioural event and competency based interviewing, personality and preference profiling, occupational and situational judgment testing, 360 degree feeedback and coaching.
