Deborah Lang MBA, BA, CPHR retired with 20+ years of experience working in senior-level positions in the public and private sectors (post-secondary, municipal government, forestry, and the financial services sectors). Her accomplishments included leading multi-disciplinary teams through major organizational change and leadership development initiatives.Throughout Deborah’s career, she was known for her work as a strategic thinker, team-builder, change-leader and people-developer (trainer, mentor and coach).
