  On qualification, I established my psychotherapy service. I am committed to helping clients to move through difficult times, environments and situations through consideration of their thought processes, feelings and behaviour. I hold particular interest and expertise in the management of anxiety and trauma, especially as it applies to the emergency services.I work with my clients to help them recognise and understand their inner struggles and find new approaches to deal with their anxieties, unhappiness or distress. I seek to support my clients with compassion and depth of consideration of their concerns so that they are better able to make positive changes to the way they view and manage life.I have worked as a voluntary counsellor with Rape Crisis since 2019, utilising my psychotherapy experience and knowledge around victim support. I also volunteer with MIND, seeking to continually develop my expertise understanding around those with more profound mental health difficulties.
