Currently Sr. Mortgage processor for conventional and FHA mortgages. During my employment here I have worked all aspects of the Mortgage Department due to the former small size but since the mortgage department has expanded, I am dedicated to processing. My former responsibilities included converting systems to paperless processing and document processing using Calyx point, DocMagic and Docusign. I performed some underwriting and prepared closing documentation which included preparing closing instructions, closing documents, and wire approval. Performed pre and post-funding quality control audits including verifying CFPB compliance with ATR (ability to Repay) and Qualified mortgage. Worked with the committee to obtain mortgage exception approval.

Completely processed and partially underwrote a large pipeline of conventional and FHA mortgages from origination to closing. Prepared Respas, ordered insurance, employment verification, appraisals, FHA connection requirements and titles. Worked with title companies to clear titles and clarify charges. Assisted realtors and clients in resolving and clearing property findings. Achieved level 1 underwriting authority to verify and clear: non-tax income, appraisals (non-Government), credit and titles. Worked with internal sources and builders to obtain Conventional and FHA Condo approvals. Prepared files for and scheduled closings.I was assigned as a Customer Relationship Manager in the loss mitigation area from 5/11 to 9/12. During this assignment I worked with distressed home owners on obtaining Home affordable mortgage programs and / or multiple workout options depending on the backer of the mortgage. Worked out budgets with borrowers to determine residual income for the workout options available. Assisted clients with the short sale processes and foreclosure processes.

Software Engineer - IBM – Boulder, CO 9/91 - 5/99Software engineer - microcode programmer. Using C & C++ on embedded systems. Adept at software design and architecture, resolving field problems and test issues; Proficient in system administration on System 36, installing and upgrading software tools for UNIX and RISC and personal computers. Maintained the department budget for several years and recommended purchases based on the next year’s budget and development plan. I provided engineering support for Intelligent Printer Data Stream Architecture (IPDS) on Midrange printers which required Interfacing with customers to resolve field problems. I was a contributing editor for the IPDS specification in several areas. I wrote test scripts and interfaced with test engineering to resolve problems and recommended / assisted in writing test cases. I completed a test lab setup at a co-development company which included writing procedure documents for executing test cases on various platforms. Back up tech / manufacturing IBM Owego / Endicott (4/85 – 9/91)Operated Visionetics and OTS optical testers. Performed optical inspect and repair, and microbraze circuit weld. Back up tech at IBM Federal Systems division responsible for repairing field returns. Performed first time build and updates of power supply units which required extensive work with blue prints, wiring, soldering, coating and build. Operated automated flat pack mounter and dip inserter. For my work as back up lead on a Quality Improvement team I received a substantial suggestion award for saving over 1 Million a year for the company. After 3 levels of interviews and IQ tests, I was accepted into the IBM Programmer retraining at which time I attended SUNY Binghamton from 1989 - 1991 with full pay and tuition from IBM.
