At height of production, supported 21 offices containing 225 associates as subject matter expert. Acted as main point of contact for The Construction Lender (TCL) program via phone and email contact.Reviewed, balanced, and kept current various general ledger accounts such as incoming wires, aged outgoing checks, interest received, closing, and modification funds.Formatted, reviewed, and balanced 19 various book reports each month end.Mastered construction lending process for One Time Close and Home Builder Finance programs. Process included drawing documents, funding loans, disbursing funds via wire/check, and modification to permanent loan.Administered force placed hazard insurance for 375 construction loans. Processed claims and document audits for mortgage loan default insurance.Handled all stages of 250 construction loan foreclosures from default through foreclosure sale.
