Primary duties are supporting Enterprise VPN remote and site­2­site accesses with focus on developing and then migrating accesses to higher security levels to meet security guidelines. Participate in the management, monitoring, and remediation of issues for the enterprise WAN and campus LAN and WLAN environments. This includes tier 3 troubleshooting for enterprise network and other network related issues often involving multiple network partners and vendors. Recommend, develop, validate and implement network enhancements while following all change control processes. I provide technical leadership, training and guidance to peers with an open toolbox mindset.

Performed highly advanced senior level network engineering work. Planning, designing, and integrating of system components for all networks; installing, maintaining, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of all networks; resolving network communication problems; coordinating network configuration with operating applications. Plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others. Work includes but not limited to the following; Planning, scheduling, and implementation of new network services including wireless, new sites, a disaster recovery site.
