My responsibilities as Executive Administrator include all facets of Human Resources: employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, policy development and documentation, employee services and counseling, compliance to regulatory concerns, compensation and benefits administration, performance management and improvement systems, and employee relations. In March of 2009, I added to my responsibilities at Crane Construction, Inc. and tackled the challenging role of fiscal management. In this role I will be I able to utilize all the skills and knowledge I have gained over the past 30 years and apply them to moving Crane Construction, Inc. to the next level. I am also Mr. Crane’s Executive Project Assistant.
