With over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, the customer experience and partnership remains my focus. What I've learned over the past decade is that my customer can be my team. Team leadership and client leadership go hand-in-hand and it has been exciting to learn that I value this skill set in myself and that others appreciate this in me. My manager philosophy is that I hate the word, "manager." My job is to remove my team's roadblocks to success not manage them. Keeping this as a focus is invigorating and has allowed me to build a phenomenal team ready to grow and achieve.
