As a native of Northeast Florida, I have dedicated my career to helping local organizations grow and evolve to achieve their goals. Before founding Potentiae, I spent over 15 years leading a stellar team with ATS Services, a national employment services company. I've had the honor of being recognized for my business and civic involvement including Women Power Hitters, 40 under 40, Top Women-Owned Businesses, Inc. 500, First Coast 50, and the OneJax Humanitarian Award.My greatest fulfillment comes from investing in the success of our community by serving on boards in the non-profit sector that help the First Coast thrive. I've had the pleasure of serving as Board Chair for organizations such as the Jacksonville Aviation Authority, The Community Foundation, and Wolfson Children's Hospital. A member of the Baptist Health System Board of Directors since 2016, I served as Vice Chair in 2023 and accepted the role of Chair in 2024.
