Health Care Professional - Resource Management Office (RMO) Coordinator.Responsible for the coordination of staffing for 450 beds in 17 clinical areas. In addition to allocation of staff the RMO Coordinator also monitor and facilitate patient flow throughout the medical center. Monitor and facilitate all patients flow to the hospital, inter-facility transfers, and intra-facility transfers, to the appropriate clinical areas based on the patients medical diagnosis, treatment plan and/or treating physician specialty. Requires collaboration and frequent communication with MDs, ADONs, Hospital Administration, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurse, Physical Call Center, Admissions, Clinics, EVS and Outside Facilities. Possess critical thinking skills coupled with the ability to multitask given the critical nature of providing safe patient care quickly and appropriately. Possess good communication skills.Prepare and distribute operational reports to Hospital Administration and other leadership. Also, prepare and distribute the staffing matrix report to Nursing Leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, Insite, Kronos and EPIC electronic medical record system.
