With over 48 years of experience in the accounting field, I have a solid understanding of the importance of active communication and respectful collaboration. I excel in organization and find that my self-motivated approach and attention to detail assist greatly in successful independent work as well as team based work. I have a very good working knowledge of computers and many applications associated, and am both willing and able to learn new programs.I worked at same company for 48 years before semi retiring. The company has had name changes, most recently known as Epiroc Canada Inc and Atlas Copco Canada Inc. For the last 25 years I was the Accounting Manager, which had many duties including financial reporting and banking. Other tasks I took on include accounts payables/receivables, inventory, and purchase orders. I also have a great deal of experience with Microsoft Office and was part of the teams that implemented six new computer systems during my career.
