Deborah Preza has worked in the legal field for more than 20 years focusing exclusively on the specialized area of intellectual property law. She has substantial experience and knowledge in the prosecution and docketing of both domestic and foreign patent, trademark and copyright matters. Deborah is also well-versed in the process and has participated in the administration of proceedings instituted before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board as well as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. As the Office Administrator, she is responsible for the financial records of the firm including the essential maintenance of client trust accounts. Being an established member of one of the largest IP practices in the State of Florida, Deborah has had the tremendous opportunity to assist some of Florida’s top patent attorneys in the successful acquisition of meaningful protection for various technological innovations developed by independent inventors, small start-up businesses, publicly-traded companies and state universities.
