Deborah is a Director of The Values Partnership, an organisation dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations to know their purpose, values and strengths.Deborah is a mentor to executives and leaders of government agencies, companies and community-based organisations in education, industry, women’s development, public health and international development in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Asia.Her client base is diverse, ranging from executives and board members of multinationals like BHP, Shell, PwC, Ford, Esso, Leighton Construction, Woodhead Architects and P&O to agencies like the Australia Council for the Arts, the West Australian Symphony Orchestra and Goodstart Early Learning to students, women in career transition, and young people making a difference with the poor and marginalised.Since 2012 she has been a consultant mentor for McCarthy Mentoring, a Sydney based company offering formal mentoring programs for companies and member-based organisations.In 2014 she also became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, after 12 years experience of incorporating the Gallup strengths approach in her consulting business.Since 2022 Deborah has been a Mentor for The Global Good Fund an International Organisation which identifies high-potential social impact leaders from around the world, who receive training and mentoring over a 12 month period.Deborah also leads retreats for women in France and Western Australia, these Restore retreats focus on slowing down, being in nature, the power of reflection and walking in wild places.She is a board member of the Western Australian Hunger Project and is committed to the end of Hunger. Deborah has travelled extensively in India, Bangladesh and throughout Africa facilitating Leadership Immersion Programmes for The Hunger Project.Deborah and her husband Miles are committed philanthropists.
