Responsible for managing the Corsair North America Distribution Warehouse manage by a 3PL. The scope of the activity and functions are to ensure proper execution of the overall SLA and to ensure that Corsair support and exceed expectation from their North America business, including major account like Amazon vendor central, Best Buy, Walmart.Position Summary, Responsibilities • Support the development, growth and smooth day-to-day operations of the US hub• Manage customers expectation to ensure charge back from major customers are minimum• Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted according to existing procedures• Heavy focus on continued process enhancements and workflow improvements• Ensure backlog is managed to efficiently maximize daily shipments. Directing creation and implementation of commercial invoices, customers brokers, packing slips revisions, item weights inventory, Minka preferred carrier program, auditing process approval for a/p freight bills and exceptions, weight validation program, bol 3rd party payer acct#, service direct points w/carriers integrations.
