I am loving the fact that I can share my passion for people in the Health and Wellness industry. My desire is to open up a cardio-strength training facility for 40+ years of age. Of course I want all ages to join in the fun, but there will be exclusive classes for the 40+ population. My belief is that Nutrition is the key to our healthy aging!!!! As time goes by changes occur in my life and my vision board expands. I want to coach as many people as I can to lose weight, gain energy, and FEEEEL good!
