Also assisted in implementing booked admission into Orthopaedics, improving patient information leaflets and extending the nurse led follow up service.

I managed the Patient Records department and Heatherwwod Hospital. Managing approx 30 staff across four separate areas, filing library, clinic preparation, outpatient reception and x-ray filing.

Responsible for caring for children from 3 months up to 5 years. Implementing all aspects of care, supervising staff and students and communicating with parents.
