Oversee the young women’s department engaging 50 to 100 women annually to ensure program goals are met. I work with young women throughout the United States to develop community and connect them to Hadassah. I develop content and facilitate 12 to 15 workshop sessions annually for professionals, focused on engagement, Israel, advocacy and education. I collaborate with departments across Hadassah to create and improve learning resources and opportunities to increase breadth and depth. Additionally, I am responsible for developing and planning key strategic goals and objectives for the young women’s department to further the mission of Hadassah.

Oversaw the creation, design and execution of multiple complex projects resulting in securing upwards of $1MM in grant funds annually. Responsibilities also included directing 100% of daily logistics to support 35 non-profit organizations for virtual and in-person programs and ensure projects remain on track and within budget. I managed the entire process including grant application creation, review, approvals, reports and distribution of funds for non-profit organizations. Collaborated and partnered with both internal and external partners to ensure program success. Responsible for 100% of data analysis through Fluxx (CRM) to increase success metrics to ensure strong program ROI. I also developed and facilitated content-rich “train-the-trainer” high impact initiatives and educational opportunities for over 150 career professionals and adult learners, collectively in order to activate a talent network and create a cohesive cohort.

I enhanced student learning by optimizing a wide range of instructional approaches and innovative classroom activities reflecting student educational, cultural and language diversity. As the Assistant Director, I oversaw and directed departmental operations leading to successful engagement of more than 1,000 individuals through more than 100 programs annually. I oversaw 20+ student leaders and mentored over 15 student organizations, groups, and clubs to meet or exceed individual and collective goals. Taking of advantage of everything Masa offers its Fellows, I attended Masa Israel's International Leadership Summit Conference, was a select member of the Masa-Hillel Fellowship Program as well as a selected facilitator and presenter to a group of 200 college students at the Masa‐Hillel Israel Engagement Gap‐Year Seminar.
