I just began my own psychotherapy practice where my focus is on trauma informed work by use of EMDR protocol. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in practice since I retired from my executive position at IRS. I provide my clients a supportive environment for them to feel free to work the issues they face. I also am continuing to coach leaders in all phases of their careers to improve their effectiveness and overcome the challenges they face in the workplace. I use emotional intelligence concepts to guide the work. The work includes team building with small and large groups as well as conflict resolution work. The coaching is supplemented by my ongoing professional counseling work one-on-one with clients from all backgrounds.
