Call Center Floor Supervisor
CurrentCoach and develop CRT associates to improve efficiency, productivity and effectiveness. Communicate with associates and managers to drive customer experience based on observations. Liaison between associates and managers to drive associate engagement and increase department morale. Monitor and score associate calls. Assist with escalated customer issues or complex calls. Develop, coach and train associates.
