I am a parent coach and birth doula. I have worked with new mothers and couples for the past 20 years. When I had my own children I decided to leave the corporate world and became very interested in helping women during pregnancy, birth and the transition to parenthood. I enjoy supporting couples through their labor and birth experiences to help them make the best decisions for them and their baby. As a parent coach, I work with parents to find a way that suits them to navigate their choices and parent their children as they develop and grow and change as human beings. I recognize that parenting can be difficult, overwhelming and isolating and in my groups I help foster connection as well as education. With my background and through PEPS, I provide research-driven information and resources to support parents.
