I graduated from Marymount University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Currently working in a position at an outpatient primary health care clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner, I have performed health assessments, ordered or performed diagnostic tests, diagnosed common acute and chronic conditions, and written prescriptions under the collaboration of a physician. I serve as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new graduates and nursing students both in hospital and outpatient settings. I have many years of nursing experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, where I feel safe assisting in education of patients in preventative health care and working as a team in a health care environment.
