Provide training related to perinatal and infant mental health, birth trauma, breastfeeding, and health disparities for BIPOC (Sept 2022- present). Conduct teletherapy to adults via video conferencing platforms (Spring Health- June 2022- present, MDLive- April 2019- July 2024, Ginger.io- Nov 2016- Sept 2020). Traveled statewide in New Mexico to support the Prenatal to 3 CYFD (Children, Youth, and Families Department) Home Visiting Programs. Implemented innovative training and technical assistance with an emphasis on relationship-based practices and infant mental health competencies. Facilitated seven reflective consultation groups to home visiting managers/supervisors and to TTAP early childhood professionals via Zoom videoconferencing and in-person. Created an online module to supplement training materials on the PICCOLO, a parent-child relationship assessment tool. Disseminated home visiting principles by writing monthly reflective articles. Collaborated with CYFD, UNM Continuing Education Data Team, as well as other community partners to best meet programs' needs.

Maintained support services for families affected by Sensory Processing Disorder(SPD) through online means while living in New Mexico (06/2014 - 03/2016) and while living abroad in Valencia, Spain (09/2012 – 08/2013). From 06/2011– 09/2012, offered monthly support group for caregivers of children with SPD. Connected families to resources and increased public knowledge of SPD via community events participation, public speaking & informational mailings to physicians, mental health practitioners, schools, & libraries.

Empowered sexual assault survivors through crisis intervention, individual/group counseling and advocacy. Trained professionals and new volunteers on impact of sexual violence. Created appropriate Spanish-speaking materials. Fostered new & ongoing partnerships with local schools, churches, law enforcement & social services.
