Experienced research and evaluation professional with over 14 years experience in over 11 countries in Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, DRC, Niger, Senegal, Nigeria, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Burundi and Rwanda. I have extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research in varying disciplines, including maternal newborn and child health, nutrition of pregnant mothers and young children, sexual and reproductive health of adolescent girls and young women, girls’ education, financial inclusion, digital inclusion, enterprise development, skills building, among others. Experienced in working with program teams to generate evidence and insights that measure performance and inform program delivery. I am experienced and have a keen interest in participatory and inclusive approaches that include voices of varied stakeholders in research and evaluation. I have extensive experience managing research teams both internally and externally on research projects I have led, and I am passionate about developing skills of developing researchers.
