Directed IT and back-office contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements of digital imaging, fund wire transfer, and telephony billing customers. Created and maintained project management policies/procedures for execution at management level and by technical teams within department. Designed and maintained digital image service operation standards/system integration project plans for use in production installation and customized software solutions. Provided function tester services to generate an additional $535,000 in revenue for 1997, providing support including provisioning, rating, and bill presentation for telephony billing software application systems. Developed the transition plans to move and consolidate production from New York to Dallas headquarters. Managed account budget and oversaw development, network, system operations, and accounting support team members. Implemented improved services to generate additional $219,000 in professional services revenue.
