Headquartered in the UK and with an additional office in India, we are specialists in discovering music that crosses borders.Responsibilities:- Identify new opportunities and secure partnerships in key international markets.- Develop and maintain relationships with music supervisors, production houses and studios with clients including Apple, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Sky, TikTok and Sony Pictures.- Recruit and manage emerging talent, initiating songwriting collaborations and organising songwriting camps.- Project management of the ‘My Music Publishing Zone’ online platform. - Administer the catalogue through Collective Management Organisations (CMOs) to ensure revenue growth.- Handle song registration conflicts, sample clearances, and royalty payments.- Represent the companies at industry events globally, traveling internationally to strengthen client relationships.
