At UMass Memorial Health, the largest health care system in Central Massachusetts, I play a dual role as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and a room service operator. For the past seven months, I have been providing quality care and service to patients in both universities and memorial campuses, handling meal orders, communicating with dietary staff, and ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. My fluency in French has been an asset in interacting with diverse patients and colleagues.I am also a high-achieving student at North High School, where I have earned multiple honors, including the National Honor Society. I have secured my admission to the College of the Holy Cross, a prestigious liberal arts college, where I plan to pursue my passion for health sciences and prepare for my future career as a physician assistant. I have strong computer and time management skills, as well as a CPR certification, that reflect my readiness to excel in diverse and challenging environments.
