I worked for Pacific Source Insurance as a Health Service Representative in Medical Management. I worked for BlueCross of Idaho in November 2009 as a Customer Advocate. I was successful in this position and transferred to the Claims Unit for the State of Idaho in April 2011. In November 2012, I transferred back to Customer Service and worked temporarily in the Customer Service Specialist team . January 2013, I took the CS class again incorporating both Dental and Medical training. I worked in Customer Service until my employment with Pacific Source. The value of working in these various positions has given me more knowledge and insight as to what I would like to do and accomplish as a team member within the Insurance Industry.
