Developed and implemented a spreadsheet to track all UTA's (Unable to action movements) for all states. This allowed all states to follow up on reasons for UTA's and try and reduce the cost to the business.Developed and implemented reporting for workshops and schedulers for all outstanding movements and upcoming 24hr and 48hr movements. This enabled all teams to follow up any outstanding movements.Developed and implemented a computer based inventory tracking system which resulted in the reduction of faulty stock being distributed and ensured that older stock was turned over on a regular basis.Created and instigated a DIFOT spreadsheet for release to Operations Manager providing a detailed monthly report which highlighted customer and distribution issues. This significantly reduced the number of daily queries received by phone.Successfully tracked actual transport distribution times and related delays, which resulted in recognising actual costs involved and to determine the best way to minimise these costs.
