The Human Resources Department is charged with the responsibility of administering all benefits, including a medical and dental insurance plan and workers’ compensation benefits, recruiting new employees, processing new employees, maintaining personnel policies and procedures and employee handbooks. The department also handles job descriptions, personnel and medical records, payroll, unemployment benefits, employee training, the retirement plan, appeal and grievance hearings, as well as vehicle and property damages.The Director of Human Resources coordinates, oversees, and manages employment opportunities and recruitment, employee benefits, worker’s compensation and disability claims, and retirement transition for City employees

I worked for Mr.Wade Raulerson 18 yrs and 6 months.Mr. Raulerson sold the dealership to Larry Morgan in 2007.I worked for Mr. Larry Morgan for 1yr and 6 months ending my employment with the dealership in 2008.I was the Human Resources Mgr. and Payroll Administrator for the Wade Raulerson Buick Pontiac GMC Truck and Wade Raulerson Honda. I was also the IT Specialist for both Wade Raulerson locations. My duties encluded Payroll, Human Resources, 401-K Administrator, I was the administrator of all Employee Benefits including Health, Life, and Dental Insurance.I did the quarterly tax reporting for both stores, as well as end of year reporting W-2's and end of year tax reporting.
